ALICE: TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dry as it may be, these terms & conditions may serve to be useful in the event of any mishaps! So do read up (:Any purchase from us indicates buyers' agreement to these terms.
ORDERS & RESERVATIONS:
Items will be reserved for 24 hours upon order, and if not paid for within this period, will be put up for sale again thereafter without any further notice. ALICE is not obliged to extend this reservation period for buyers without receiving any further indication of intention to purchase.
Orders for pre-order or back-order items will only be valid and accepted with correct payment made before the closing of the orders. ALICE may, at our own discretion, accept or reject orders that are paid after the closing of orders. All unpaid orders will not be taken into account.

PAYMENT:
ALICE may, at any time before verification of buyer payment, request for proof of payment from buyers. Failure to produce relevant information or receipts may result in inability to verify payment, and ALICE reserves the right to render these orders/payment void. Buyers should therefore dispose of relevant payment material only after payment verification.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, ALICE reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Slight discrepancies may exist between actual product that buyers receive, and the site's product display and information. Discrepancies in perceived product color are likely to occur due to difference in screen displays. Discrepancies in measurements are likely to occur due to inevitable variance in mass manufacturing. These discrepancies, however, are unlikely to significantly affect the quality, function, or general appearance of the products. ALICE will not be held responsible for such variances unless there occurs discrepancies that cause products to dramatically differ from buyer expectations.

POSTAGE:
Unfortunately, ALICE will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail. Buyers who are worried by this should opt for Registered Postage!

INFORMATION OF CUSTOMERS:
All information submitted to ALICE through our contact channels is kept private and confidential. Unless otherwise required for internal operations or by the law, ALICE will not disclose any of your information to third parties. ALICE may, however, use your information for marketing, promotional and other business purposes, but not in any manner that reveals your identity.
QUALITY DECLARATION:
All our stocks go through quality checks, for us to ensure that the products we sell are in proper condition. However, we are prepared to give customers the further assurance that they need. Therefore, in the off-chance that a buyer receives a defective or incorrect item, he/she will be entitled to a full refund or a one-for-one exchange

DEFECTS & PURCHASE ERRORS:
Only the following scenarios will be accepted as occurence of defects or errors in purchase:
1. Item received is not the one as ordered (or is in the wrong size/color).
2. Item has malfunctioning or damaged parts
3. Item's function, quality or general appearance is significantly below expectations due to factors that could not have been expected from looking at product display and information.
The following highlighted scenarios will not be accepted as occurence of defects or errors in purchase:
1. Color of item received is as ordered, but is not the exact shade as seen on computer screen
2. Measurements of item received are not exactly the one as given (unless the difference is more than 1 inch)
3. Buyer is displeased with elements of the item that could have been expected from looking at product display and information.
4. There exists elements that could not have been expected from looking at product display and information, but these elements do not significantly affect the item's function, quality or general appearance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:
Exchange is applicable only in the situation where the buyer's received purchase is defective or erroneous (as defined above). Buyers sending in items for exchange will in turn receive his/her originally ordered item/s. Exchanging for items that were not in buyers' original orders is not allowed.
Returning of items is applicable only in the situation where received purchase is defective or erroneous (as defined above) AND the originally ordered item/s are no longer available. Buyers returning items will be refunded the exact amount that they have paid, including originally paid postage.
Buyers with intention to do exchange or return should report defects and errors to us before sending items to us. Defects & errors in purchase should be reported within 3 days of buyer receiving item. Actual exchange or return must be carried out within 7 days of buyers receiving acknowledgement from us. Sadly, any exchange/return after that will not be entertained.
Exchanges or returns are allowed only for items that are in brand new condition (i.e. items that have never been worn or washed)
Cost of postage for exchanging or returning items will be taken up by ALICE (normal mail only) and transferred to buyers after returned purchases have been checked for claimed defects or errors. Buyers sending items back to us are required to purchase a Certificate of Posting at the time of mailing items.
ALICE reserves the right to reject exchange or refund for items that are deemed not incorrect, defective, or significant different from portrayed. This is applicable even if buyers have already mailed items back to us. This is especially in the event that we received these items in worn or used condition, or when the claimed defects do not seem to exist, or seem grossly exaggerated. All purchases returned for exchange or refund will be checked thoroughly. Only after these items have been received by us and checked, then will we carry out the exchange or refund.
In the event that items returned to us are not eligible for exchange or refund, buyers can only choose to have the item sent back to them again, or leave the item with us without any compensation. In this case, however, buyers would have to pay for all postage costs involved in the to and fro process.
